A family quarry

Granite & Grade was started in 1952 by Frank Holloway on 220 acres outside Ashfork, Arizona. Three generations later, we're still family-owned, still working the same land, and still focused on the one thing we know well: getting the right stone to the right job site on time.
We operate a single quarry in high-desert country, producing crushed limestone, granite aggregate, gravel, mason sand, and decorative landscape stone. Everything we sell comes out of our own pit — no re-selling, no drop-shipping, no surprises.
Our yard crew averages 22 years on the job. Our drivers know every unpaved road between here and Vegas. The dispatcher who answers the phone is the same one who'll call you back when your load leaves the yard.
We're not the cheapest supplier in the state. We're the one contractors call when they can't have a bad load showing up at the site.

From the pit floor to your job site.
01 Extract
Controlled blasts open new faces twice a quarter. Raw stone goes straight to the primary crusher.
02 Crush & Grade
Three screen stations grade every load. We test gradations weekly against ASTM standards.
03 Load & Deliver
Eight trucks in the fleet. Same-day dispatch within 50 miles when ordered by 10 AM.
